At The Energy Force, together with Ingecom Solutions, we offer comprehensive preventive and/or corrective maintenance services and we take care of any repair that your generating equipment needs, whether the failure is mechanical or electrical. Our staff of technicians has extensive experience in both cases. In this sense, everything depends on satisfying the needs of each of our clients, from the purchase of the generator set, its installation, connection, start-up, maintenance, reconditioning/modernization or repair.

We currently work with the MWM brand, which are generator sets imported from Brazil. These are compatible with MWM, Scania, Volvo and Yanmar engines. We have monthly stock of various powers for immediate delivery, those that we do not have in stock can be imported upon request.

The use of a generator set is recommended when there is a power outage in the NETWORK, when the power is not stable or when there is no access to the NETWORK. Its use is recommended in BUILDINGS (pumps, elevators, lighting), INDUSTRIES in general (machinery, motors, lighting, administration, security), WORKS of all kinds, HOSPITALS, SANATORIOS, clinics, rural areas, dairy farms, silos, dry seed, sawmills, homes, sports stadiums and events.

The generator set is an engine (diesel in our case) that moves an alternator to generate electricity. The noise generated by the engine dragging the alternator and all its moving parts produces a noise that exceeds 100 dB(A) at 1 meter, which can be problematic in some areas. Our soundproof booths suitable for the outdoors minimize noise between 85 to 65 dB(A) 1 meter, which allows you to continue with any work without hearing the generator set on.

Polyethylene tanks do not undergo oxidation, so the degradation suffered by the fuel is significantly minimized. These tanks have a high resistance to deformation thanks to the high thickness of the walls and conical reinforcements. We inform you that the MWM standard line equipment, both for applications open as for cabinet products, they have the capacity to retain all the Liquids used for the operation of the generator set, which are: • Radiator coolant • Diesel contained in the fuel tank inside the equipment • Engine lubricating oil

Diesel engines have better performance. In addition, diesel fuel is denser, which means that it consumes less than gasoline. Regarding maintenance, gasoline generators do not have fuel or oil filters, they just have to change the air filter.

If we have a three-phase installed system, the relationship between KVA and Kw is normally 1 KVA = 0.8 KW (applying a fairly standardized power factor, typically 0.8). On the other hand, if we talk about single-phase electrical installations, the equivalence is 1 to 1, that is, 1KW = 1KVA.
